Our history
Experience from both sides of the case.
Jillina A. Kwiatkowski founded SMART SERVE PROCESS SERVING, INC. in September 2000 and serves as its president. Before opening the company, she worked as a paralegal. That foundation means she understands each assignment from both the law firms’ side and the process server’s side.
Over 26 years, Jillina’s dedication to the profession has grown from local service in Western New York to leadership at the state and national levels.
